Our primary bathroom renovation with Las Vegas Remodel and Construction was exceptional from the very first design meeting through the final walkthrough. The team delivered thoughtful design guidance, meticulous craftsmanship, and a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart.
Their project app kept us updated every day, and communication was seamless—our project manager responded within seconds whenever we had a question. After many remodels over the years, we’re used to simply enduring the process and enjoying the finished space. This time, the process itself was outstanding, and the result is beautiful.
Special appreciation to Ashley, Melissa, Tony, David, and Sulila for their attention to detail and genuine care throughout the project.
We highly recommend Las Vegas Remodel and Construction to anyone seeking a smooth, well‑managed, and beautifully executed renovation.
From start to finish this was the best home renovation project I have experienced. Ashley in sales made some outstanding recommendations on products, colors and venders. All selected were top quality products and tradesman. The demolition crew on day #1 set the stage. I was expecting quite a mess during the tearout of the old granite and fixtures in the kitchen and guest bathroom. Rocky,Frank, Exxon and Sove came in and efficiently did the entire removal with no dust and no damage. Remarkable! Day #2 started needing a plumber and cabinet specialist first before the new granite could be installed. Jerry and Jeff both arrived early and were true professionals. The granite installation crew were left with a perfect work surface. The granite vendor and crew was brilliant! They saved me the cost of an entire slab and the fit and finish was superb. Day #3 was the hook up of the plumbing. Again both early on site and a true professional. The final walk through on day #4 was under the watchful eye of Melissa, the assigned superintendent from Las Vegas Remodel & Construction. She was on site daily and spotted things to be addressed on the punch list I would have never noticed. Rocky and Caleo made everything correct before I signed off on the completed project. In summary, Las Vegas Remodel & Construction were worth every penny. The suppliers and tradesmen worked absolutely seamlessly and all maintained the highest standards of their profession. There was NEVER any finger pointing or excuses. A pleasure to do business with you.
I hired this company because they are incredibly organized. The timelines for steps had just enough padding to make sure they finish on time. My project was delivered as promised.
Their crews were all really good at their jobs. One thing I really liked is they checked each others work. And if they didnt think it raised to the level expected, they made it right. Roque, Kaleo, Arturo, Christian, a boy named Su, and one other guy whose name I dont remember, but he even came to work when he wasnt feeling well, all were prompt and professional. Dave the tile guy and his assistant did incredible tile work and jeff the cabinet guy, worked quickly and quietly. Cannot forget Tony who made sure the crew was never short of supplies needed.
And as I am not great on QC, I allowed the project manager Melissa really scrutinize the work and insist on fixes that did not bother me. Chris was even more particular. This really impressed me on insuring their company delivery quality
We want to thank Las Vegas Remodel and Construction for the excellent job they did on our Master Bathroom remodel project this past month. We used LVRC a number a years ago and were very pleased with the results and trusted that the results for our master bath remodel would be equivalent or better. We are very happy with the results.
The process from beginning to finish was all done at a professional level starting with Ashley. She came and visited with us and soon we began to develop a strategy for remodeling our Master Bath. Ashley worked with us in securing ideas and even going with us to choose a countertop for the vanity. Once the actual remodel began, Ashley would stop by and ask if we had any questions or concerns. Ashley was always happy to answer any questions we had.
The use of the app “Builder Trend” was a great tool for us to keep updated on invoices, schedules, and other important aspects of the remodel.
The demo took place without hardly any disruption to our day-to-day lives. The demo crew made sure the dust was kept to a minimum.
The workers came and went with little disruption to us again. If there were any questions, they would not hesitate to ask for input or recommendations. The workers were all proud of their work and made sure that any error was corrected and met with their and our high standards. The quality of work was outstanding. We are very pleased with the result of the remodel.
Chris and Melissa, the project managers, would stop by often and check on the work and make sure the remodel was going according to plan. Again, if we had any questions, they would be more than happy to answer any questions we had. In our opinion, the whole team went above and beyond to make our remodel project a pleasant experience with professional results.
The following people we want to recognize and thank for their outstanding service in our remodel project:
Chris, Melissa, Arturo, Rocky, Frank, Kaleo, Christian, Su, Tony, Rob, German, Brian, David, and Miguel.
In summary, we were extremely satisfied with the remodel of our master bath. Las Vegas Remodel and Construction, in our opinion, went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our remodel. We felt like all involved cared about our project. The Las Vegas Remodel and Construction team is like a family, and we were part of it for the time they worked for us. We would strongly recommend LVRC to anyone looking for quality work on any remodel or construction project they may have.
A big thank you to the whole LVRC crew on our remodel project.
We really wanted to modernize our 25-year-old small bathrooms but did not know where to begin.
We found this vendor on Internet and wanted to try it.
We visited their showroom, which is conveniently located, and could have some good ideas.
Soon, a very friendly design consultant Ashley visited our house to talk/flash out what we wanted. Then we visit their showroom again to choose fixtures and other materials that we liked.
Work started very quickly and everything went smoothly pretty much according to the schedule.
Rudy and all other workers were very skillful and courteous. Their work was done very neatly and did not interrupt our daily life much.
On top of everything, Melissa as a PM was super meticulous and paid attention so everything went smoothly.
We believe their price is reasonable for the quality of the work and materials they provide.
We highly recommend LV Remodel & Construction for your beautification projects for your house!
We used LV Remodel & Construction to remodel our master bathroom. The entire process was stress-free and professional. I highly recommend them and will use them for any other projects we have. We loved the web application with the day-to-day schedule that allowed us to understand what would be happening each day and to follow the progress of the project. The project was often ahead of schedule and actually finished a day early! We also appreciated that everyone asked questions rather than blindly following written plans if they weren't sure about something. This insured that details like shower head height, grab bar locations, towel bar locations, and light height all met our needs.
Ashley worked on the design and product selection, taking time to understand what we wanted and making great recommendations to insure we would be happy with the result.
Rocky, Frank, and Kaleo did the demo and framing. They were very efficient, personable, respectful of our home and property, and kept the surrounding area as clean as possible. This included covering any floors they walked on with cardboard and covering furniture and doorways with plastic.
David did an amazing job with the tile. He made a few suggestions regarding the tile layout based on his experience which we really appreciated, and improved the final look of the shower.
Rob and Christian did most of the final work including installation of fixtures, painting, insuring that all the final details were completed.
We also really appreciated that supervisors stopped by every day to check on progress, talk to the team, and make sure that we didn't have any issues. Arturo, Tony, Melissa and Chris clearly communicate with each other and work well together. Regardless of who we talked to about any issue, no matter how small, they all were aware and worked together to solve it, usually on the same day.
Everyone of this team has been a pleasure to work with and we appreciate all of them. They clearly care about their customers, their work and each other. Thank you for making this a very positive experience!.
