Absolutely incredible. I noticed a leak on my garage ceiling on a Sunday and called to get it fixed. It was a slow seeping drip. George identified the location, coordinated the opening of the ceiling and repaired two corroded pipes while the second team treated for mold prevention and worked to completely dry the site within 24 hours.
Upon completion of the immediate concerning leak, George reviewed some of my other concerns with me. He replaced my water softener that was not functioning and added a whole home water filter, brought my water heater back to code by re-piping the lines, added a pressure regulator, adjusted my main shut-off valve to make it more accessible, re-plummed my humidifier drain and fixed a leak of an external water valve in the back yard.
His professionalism and dedication to my concerns gave me great peace of mind that is unmatched. The work ethic and attention to detail is clearly reflected in the craftsmanship of the work provided. The quality of the equipment installed is excellent as well. I will never use another plumber and I highly recommend 702plumbair.
Update!
I had an AC failure over night during a 115 degree weekend. Though there is a 24 hour emergency line, I had one good AC so I waited until 8am to call. Eli arrived within an hour and solved my issue within the first 19 minutes. He was thorough and explained ways to prolong the life of my systems and fixed all issues to an exceptional level. Once again ...I strongly recommend this business. Incredible service and incredible work done reliably and in record time. Thanks again!
I called and spoke with Luisa on Friday with an emergency over a broken pipe in my front yard, Luisa was so very kind and understanding. Being fairly late in the afternoon on a friday she did everything she could to get me a technician. Within less than two hours I had John show up at my house and he worked diligently to diagnose the situation and offer real solutions. Both office women and John were professional, compassionate to my needs and very helpful. I ended up needing a very expensive repair to the main water line on my property; John was. So kind in the delivery of the news and empathetic to the fact that my parents had recently passed, I was 1/3 owner of the property and very patient and understood. The fact that I was not the only decision maker. We choose 702 Plumbair because of the true customer support, the ability to get the job done efficiently and quickly and the over compassion ate nature of how we as a grieving a grieving family should be handled. Our kids used 702 PlumbAIR and highly recommended Mike Cook. We had leaking hose bibs, with the one in our back yard soaking me every time . Mike replaced both at a reasonable cost! We had some concerns about our tankless water heater, as well as our bathroom sinks. Mike gave us a thorough evaluation and options.
Important side notes, at least to us: Mike brought and used covers for his workboots. Many workers don’t bother any more. When Mike finished, he asked about our heating and air conditioning service. He knew we had someone as the stickers were visible on the unit. I was impressed, and told him so, as many don’t ask for the business. When my contract expires, I’m likely to switch!

Technician Hemal Naran was extremely professional and honest. I asked him to replace my air filters, but after inspecting them, he advised that they did not need to be changed because they were still in good condition. Many technicians might have replaced them anyway, but Hemal took the time to properly assess them and provided an honest recommendation. I really appreciate his integrity and professionalism.
Chris was amazing and did a fantastic job with changing out sone bathroom fixtures. Also problem solving for some minor issues that came up during. Came back early next day before his day officially started to turn water back on and make sure no leaks! Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!
