1st off I'd like to apologize for this review being so late. I am the winner of a brand new AC unit from Evolution Air thru KLAS 8 News & Snarca. My unit was installed on June 1st & i just want to say that Evolution Air is the BEST AC Co i have dealt with in 28 years. The whole process from beginning to end, the entire crew, from Dennis, Jason, Eddie, Kody, Luz (to name a few) & the entire staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. The professionalism, the expressed caring, the knowledge, the attentiveness to your needs with your issue was/is quite impressive & Appreciated. I DONT have 1 bad thing to say about Evolution Air. I DONT !!! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat......and I WILL !!!!
THANK YOU Evolution Air for taking care of me & my family !!
Thank you to Lee for helping us out with our AC, a true life saver with great customer service!! Lee did great with transparency on what was wrong and what would be done to fix the issue. Overall a great experience with Evolution Air Conditioning!
I was pleased with Lee who did service on my pool heater. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be replaced. He explained the pool heater club membership benefits so I signed up. Now I know who to contact for the pool heater.
Evolution is an excellent company. Lee arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair with exceptional professionalism. His expertise and courteous manner made this a seamless experience. We would highly recommend.
Lee came to fix the a/c late after business hours which I really appreciate. He was the first person to answer that wasn’t an AI answering service. Now the a/c is running and I can have a good night sleep.
Lee did a fantastic job coming out to fix my AC. The condensation pan was filled to the brim. They came on fast on a Sunday. I can’t thank them enough again.
