Had a service call. The tech was on time, courteous and inspected everything. He gave me a full report, explained and it gave options. He wasn't pushy. He wore booties in the house without having to be asked.

I want to take a moment to recognize Ambient Edge for making things right. We had recently bought and had installed my entire house’s AC system (2 story)… outside unit and inside furnace along with the cleaning and sealing of all ductwork. Over the past year, we’ve had problems with our downstairs air-conditioning system. It seemed like every time we thought the issue had been resolved, another major component would fail (separately then before). After multiple service calls and repairs, it became clear that the unit itself was just a lemon and not reliable. What impressed me most wasn’t that everything went perfectly from the beginning, but how Ambient Edge handled the situation in the end. Once management became involved, they listened to my concerns, reviewed the history of the system, and stood behind their work. A special thank you to Clay and Brandi. Both of them treated me with professionalism, communicated honestly throughout the process, and genuinely worked to find the right solution instead of just another temporary fix. They took ownership of the situation and ultimately made the decision to replace the entire air-conditioning unit. That level of customer service says a lot about a company. It’s easy to judge a business when things go right, but the true test is how they respond when things don’t. Clay and Brandi earned my trust by following through on their commitments and making sure my family ended up with a dependable system. I’m grateful that Ambient Edge stood behind their customer, and I appreciate everyone involved who helped get this resolved. If anyone is looking for great service, look no further. Ambient edge was able to dispatch a technician in just 1 hour of my emergent call. Boden was our technician. Boden is professional and very knowledgable. He diagnosed and explained everything what was found to be wrong. I was currently in a waiting period of 5 days for an electrician to come fix what a previous HVAC technician wasn't capable of fixing. But Boden was able to fix and complete the task! From replacing the disconnect box, the electrical whip, and the connector. So are cooler died some time in the morning while we were at work came home 90+ degree house. ambient edge was the only one that could make it out that day. After the repair i had did not have enough money to cover the full repair. The repair tek Michael V. And his boss cut the price down to what i had on hand. So me and my family did not go with out ac in the Arizona summer heat. I thank them so much their service was incredible he was fast efficient and did an amazing job and I thank both him and his boss
