Ive been a long time customer, I appreciate that they reach out to remind me that it’s been a while since I had my heater, pipes, and AC looked at. They were right, they found a problem that could have been a big deal very soon. I’m relieved that they encouraged me to schedule and I’m grateful. They’re on time and always so nice. I’ve seen the same guy for years now, their employees stick around. That says a lot about their great management.

Before I called Loyalty, the company before them would not honor their own estimate and I am still waiting to get the deposit back. Loyalty had the next best price so contacted them. They scheduled the work within days, did not ask for a deposit and showed up on time. They even returned a second time, on a Saturday, at no extra cost to me with an even bigger machine to try to do a better job and the owner called me. I was impressed.
First time using Loyalty Plumbing for some overdue plumbing services.. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the process from start to finish... Brian, Angel, and team did a great job! I will be using Loyalty again in the future for any plumbing/AC work to be done. Thank you!
