He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. 2dt we tried to jump, battery was cooked. No worries, he removed battery & was able to get the replacement. I was still having trouble reinstalling, he came back l & helped me to finish the repair.

I brought my 2013 Lexus ES 350 into this shop back in April 2026. Easter Sunday to be exact. Although they were not open I was conveniently able to drop my car off that day, so it could be looked at the following day. On Saturday we had traveled 3 hours from California when the car decided to break down an hour away from Las Vegas. Somehow the transmission had over heated and fluid had boiled out of it. Great! Stranded on the side of the road with 3 kids and very little funds. (To make matters worse I had forgotten to grab my physical credit card before leaving home and ended up stranded at the airport with the kids unable to rent a car in my name.) Fast forward to picking my car up on Monday. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this business. They recommend a transmission flush. They were also transparent in letting me know that what was happening with the transmission wasn’t something common and they couldn’t make any promises that the car wouldn’t repeat the problem in the future. So really I was still taking my chances. I can’t speak much on price but to me every penny that I put on my now maxed out credit card was worth it. I was actually short a couple dollars on my credit card and instead of making me do a split payment or scrounge for a few dollars they just ran my card for the amount I had left on it. I overall had a very pleasant experience here. Susan was great. I can gladly say that I made it back to California without any problems. I recently made another trip to and from Vegas. I highly recommend and would do business here again.

Car stopped working at like 8 pm dropped it off to them and they had it fixed two days later with a full detailed report on my cars health Richard then followed up with me to make sure I didn't have any concerned and informed me on a warranty for the parts they had installed. Absolutely excellent

Got some work done as well as my brakes and they did a great job and were really kind to me :)
