Just Omg. From first coming in & having Ayla the assistant manager help us get our Chubby frog. To coming in a second time to get a Pac-Man frog, & the enclosure we received. & meeting Bryan the manager & Sa-kie at the register. They literally have above and beyond customer service. So kind, I legit got teary eyed. The Universe is amazing, & this store is just all love & care for their pets & the customers & as amazing. Lovvve this place & the people that keep it going :)! Thanks again!!!!!

Picked up an adult leopard gecko (Oscar) at the reptile expo 2 weekends ago, didn't see him eat yet. The staff at this location were so kind and informative. The nice younger lady gave me 2 small hornworms to see if he would eat those. And guess what? I SAW MY OSCAR EAT FOR THE FIRST TIME! I can't thank this staff enough for their help and compassion. I will be going there exclusively for Oscar's food. Thank you.

Since coming under new management, this place has completely transformed. I’m genuinely impressed by how well the animals are cared for—they’re healthy, well-fed, and their enclosures are exceptionally clean. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in the care they provide. Whether you’re looking to purchase a new pet or simply browse, this place is absolutely worth the visit. Dev, the new manager, is courteous, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. Sab the other manager is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and always willing to answer questions and offer helpful advice. Overall, the entire team is friendly, professional, and passionate about what they do. I highly recommend stopping by!

My boyfriend and I came in beginning of July to this location and this location has the best selection for all their reptile care products and store is super clean and well kept. I bought a baby ball python here (one of the blue eye lucy snakes) and it was such a nice experience and they were very kind to answer all my questions I had! Definitely a good place for first time reptile owners/keepers first starting out ❤️.
