Every other company that I had come and give us an estimate was full of BS trying to get more money out of me polar air and heating was honest from the get-go didn't sugar coat it and didn't try to make me pay more they made everything very easy worked with me and the day that they installed they did an outstanding job they were quick they were done within one day don't waste your money with these other companies call polar air and heating they will take care of your house or business like they did with us I will never use another company again extremely happy customer right here
From Sweltering Heat to Cool Bliss– Worth Every Penny!
Our 24-year-old AC finally died, leaving us without cooling for several hot days in Las Vegas. Polar Air’s technician and sales team were outstanding—they gave us honest repair options without any pressure, clearly laying out costs vs. replacement. We went with the new 4-ton Lennox Merit system, and the price was beyond reasonable.
From the first call to the main office, every single person was professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. The install went smoothly, and we’re now comfortable again and satisfied thus far. Highly recommend Polar Air if you want a straight-shooting, quality HVAC company!

First and foremost the best honest pricing and installation you will find in Las Vegas. I had 4 other HVAC companies wondering through my house to give me bids. One bid was so hi that my dog chased him out of the house. Polar Air gave me a bid over the phone and sent out an adjuster that beat the compatition by over 3,000.00 then when they let me know it was a new LENNOX with a heat pump I could not pass up there offer, how soon can you install was my output. They setup a day that I was free to be home. I received a text message that the install was going to take place on Monday of this week 3/23 @ 8:30am the team showed up right on time even a little before 8:30AM they placed floor covers over the floor and went to work replacing the Goodman HVAC that lasted just 5 years and the warranty was gone on it as the manufacture date from the last HVAC company sold me a new old unit so even though it was 5 years since installation the Polar Air boys showed me the unit was over 8 years old with a 5 year warranty. New system comes standard 10 warranty that Polar installed. My house is perfect temprature now. They did an excellent job installing the new HVAC system. Highly recommend
Can’t say enough positive things about this company. My AC stopped working on a Sunday morning and someone was out before noon. The technician, Lalo was the best person they could have sent to me. He was respectful, professional and took great care to get my AC up and running. I have had trouble with other AC companies in the past so I was anxious to have another technician come to my house. However after this experience, I will only be using PolarAir for my all my AC and heating needs.

O.K. I will try and keep this short. Several years back our old A/C was ready to die. We called them like at 12:30 in the morning because your A/C never dies at a good time. They were there the next morning. Fixed it and told it was past it's life span. It was 20 + years old. Well it died again the next month and they came out again and the a/c unit was about dead. It stopped again. Owner came out on a Sunday. Said mother board was gone and he could not find out cost of that part until Monday. We asked for a price on a new unit and we were like. We can afford that. Our new A/C is quiet. works great in 110 plus heat and our power bill has been 40 to 50 percent less. Well last year my in-laws A/C was about dead. Some of the companies you see on T.V. had high prices to replace or said they can get a free unit when the compressor dies. But what they do not tell you is a new unit may not work with an old furnace. Well we went with Polar again. They were great and even when my father in law question how things were going during install. They would go through every step. They were basically teaching him about everything. They were great. Within several weeks after install my in-laws had them come out and check things several times because they were hearing noises. That's called the A/C working. Their last A/C unit worked about half the time. But they came out every time and were so nice. Nicer than I would have been. So as they were at our place this year doing a annual service I just realized I heed to tell how great they are.
There a lot of crappy business in L.V. But Polar Air sells quality products, Fair prices and just good people. They are not the biggest company in Las Vegas and they don't need to be. I would rather work with someone who knows it customers instead of just being another number in the system. Thank you Polar Air.
