My husband and I are so happy we chose Semper Fi when our AC went out recently on a Saturday. Kudos to Adrian who arrived promptly and then efficiently diagnosed the problem. He was professional, kind, and thoroughly explained our options. Since our home is five years old and the warranty had just expired on the existing unit, we made the wiser decision to have a new system installed because it offered better features and a 10 year warranty. Compliments to Cris and Reyes who did the installation. They were punctual, friendly, and very hardworking. Also, we appreciated that they put down tarps, wore shoe booties, and were respectful of our property. They completed their work in reasonable time and had the new system cooling our house in record time. Arrigo did the attic entrance repair and we want to thank him for being so nice, considerate, and replacing new molding around the attic opening so it looks like no one had ever entered it. Want to mention the great customer service and kindness received from Steve, Adam, and Ciara who followed up with us to make certain everything was being taken care of. We really are grateful to the entire team for their diligent efforts in handling every aspect of our service. On Sunday, July 20, a technician came to my home to repair a small pipe that had become disconnected, resulting in a water leak. Unfortunately, the water did not drain into the condensate drain pan but instead overflowed into the attic. The leak was located above one of the bedrooms, causing significant damage to the bedroom ceiling.
The technician documented the damage by taking photographs and informed me that a separate company would contact me to complete the necessary repairs. I followed up on two occasions to inquire about the status of my claim and the repair process. I understand that the companies involved work together and manage a high volume of service requests, which can sometimes result in delays.
Once my request was processed, the repair team responded promptly and arrived at my home early on Monday, July 27. While customers naturally hope for immediate assistance, I also understand that service providers are assisting many other customers and must prioritize requests accordingly.
I appreciate the prompt attention given to my case once it was scheduled, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the professionalism and timely response in resolving this issue.
This was my first time using Semper Fi. I was very happy. Josue was my technician. He was on time, explained everything to me and finished the work in a super timely manner. Also, everyone I have spoken to from the time I first called to the time the job was finished has been super super friendly and courteous. I will definitely be using these guys again!!
Semper Fi did an amazing job replacing my a/c system and all within a few hours. They literally replaced the entire system (in an upstairs townhouse) the very next day after calling them for help. The two guys doing the work were very nice, sharp and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement.
