Top notch service as soon as you walk through the door. Always a friendly greeting and an offered libation.
Giyanna has been my barber/stylist since October and has always provided great service and a consistently excellent cut. Can't imagine there is anyone better. I schedule two appointments out to make sure she is available.
The 5 Course is worth every cent and everyone needs some pampering every now and then.
Become a member, I did and haven't regretted it once.
I love this place! And they do everything right from the greet to the 7 course treatment. I will be back and I wholeheartedly recommend Gents Place in Summerlin.
Great Staff. Leslie is the best. Highly recommended. Been going here for 5 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The staff is always friendly, the environment is awesome, and the services are great!
I booked an appointment for my husband (a man of color) which i specifically asked if they have anyone that can do it. He come home and it looks like they played in his face. It was so tacky and disappointing. It was definitely not what we were expecting. He said the atmosphere was great. But honestly, if you can't cut men of color hair/face say that !!!

I visited The Gents Place for the first time and went in with high expectations. After learning that future haircuts are around $60 (after the first visit at half price), I expected a premium experience. Unfortunately, that was not what I received.
The complimentary drink was underwhelming. I was offered alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, chose a ginger ale, and expected a regular-sized can. Instead, I was given a tiny mini can, which didn't exactly feel like a premium touch.
My stylist, Rogelio, was about 20 minutes late. While I understand delays happen, what frustrated me more was that the staff at the front seemed more interested in chatting with people at the bar area than finding out why my appointment was running behind. Eventually, someone apologized, but it felt like my time wasn't a priority.
Once the haircut started, I had a difficult time communicating with Rogelio because he spoke so quietly that I could barely understand him. I don't think he fully understood what I wanted for my haircut.
During the shampoo, hot water repeatedly ran down the back of my shirt. Rogelio apologized several times and tried to dry it off. I told him it wasn't a big deal because I didn't want to make him feel worse, but the truth is I was pretty frustrated.
When it came time to check out, the front desk immediately tried to get me to schedule another appointment at the discounted rate. I declined.
I'm honestly glad this visit was half off because I would not pay $60 for this haircut. The overall experience simply did not justify a premium price. I've received comparable haircuts and service at places like Sport Clips or a local barber for much less.
I really wanted to like The Gents Place, but my first visit did not live up to the expectations created by the pricing or the brand.
