DWS does my HVAC maintenance. On Sunday a leak was discovered in my ceiling. Called at 7am Monday morning and by 10am Nikki was out to see what was up. In May I was told there was quite a bit of rust in my 22 year old system and was aware it was time to start shopping. I had and their prices were pretty average so I went with them.
Nikki answered questions and actually recommended a system less expensive than what I was thinking about. She did put a pan under the coil leak so there was no further damage.
Installation was Thursday. Showed up on time and the team was polite and clean. They put tarps down as needed and moved clothes as my attic access is in my master closet. 4 1/2 hours later I had a new system. House never had a chance to get warm!
DWS has never disappointed me in the 10 years I’ve been using them.
Tony Vargas has done two repairs, one on each of my units. The service and repair was fast and efficient - and it worked. About an hour and a half after I first noticed a unit wasn’t cooling, it was repaired and operating (new capacitor). You just don’t get things fixed that quickly these days. I really like this company, they are thorough but they never give you an upsell pitch…just honest good work.
Set an appointment cause A/C fan was not working. I set up the appointment on Sunday at 1am for Monday after 2pm cause it was the only slot available. I was shocked when they called me 6 hours later to asked me if I was available for they to come and repair it (Sunday morning) cause they knew how important the A/C in Las Vegas weather. Nikki was vey professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much.
I am always a satisfied customer after they complete any service they provide. They show pictures of all the work they do and are very thorough with the work as well. Any questions you have they are more than welcome to answer and never rush you. They also do not make you put your furbabies in a different room, as long as they are trained. The guys on my route are like family now.
Great service and great company. Very easy to work with. Tony showed up same day when I called and made an appointment. This is there peak season so same day appointments are great. I had to replace entire HVAC system. Install was done in under 5 hours.
Thank you Desert West Once again for performing a magnificent job. We trust in you guys. Keep doing what you’re doing and stay safe.
