AC Hero took great care of my dad when his A/C went out. They showed up on time were honest professional and took the time to explain everything. They even saved us about $300 compared to what we were expecting to pay for a new compressor. It’s nice to find a local company that truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend AC Hero!
Second time using these guys to replace my unit, thanks for upgrading my whole house over the years! Fast, dependable, reasonable pricing, I'll keep using them in Vegas whenever I live!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend AC Hero Las Vegas enough! They recently helped my client diagnose a complicated wiring issue that another HVAC company had completely overlooked. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, they took the time to properly troubleshoot the problem, saving my client both money and a huge headache. What really stood out was their honesty, professionalism, and expertise. They explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, so I felt confident explaining the situation to my client. As a real estate agent, having trustworthy HVAC professionals I can count on makes all the difference. If you’re looking for air conditioner repair in Las Vegas, AC installation, HVAC troubleshooting, air conditioning replacement, or an honest HVAC company, AC Hero is the team to call. Their customer service, knowledge, and integrity are outstanding. I’ll definitely be referring future clients to them!
Great service, reached out last week and had availability within a few days. Was incredibly friendly when they were there doing the work, showed me pictures of things they had to change or fix and why and was super respectful showing up with their own shoe covers when they were in the house. Will definitely use them again
Second time I have had AC Hero out to my home for service and a diagnostic. Called yesterday after hours and they responded quickly via text and had a tech out this morning…wow! That’s service! Tech was efficient and honest. This is why you want to work with a small family owned business!
These guys are great! With great service and great communication, they’ll make sure you’re educated on what’s going on from start to finish! The real “heroes” in Vegas’ A/C market for sure.
