If you’re looking for one of the best all-you-can-eat sushi spots in Las Vegas, Umami is definitely worth the visit. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the rolls were packed with flavor, and everything came out quickly. The menu has a great variety, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re into classic nigiri, specialty rolls, or hot appetizers. The staff was friendly, attentive, and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. The restaurant was clean, had a great atmosphere, and made for an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, and an excellent value for AYCE sushi. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone craving quality sushi in Las Vegas.

Love the all day all you can eat special. The waitress did come across pretty rude since we had four young kids with us, that we ordered chicken nuggets and fries for. She still made it a point to say that we can't share any sushi with them. Never had anyone tell us that before. It's not like they would eat a lot anyways but if they wanted to try a piece who cares. They are kids

Great sushi all I've ever dream of but when I told them that it's my birthday nobody could care a bit even though last week they sung like 16 happy birthdays will I was in there.

I have never tasted better sushi rice in my entire life! It was disappointed that I couldn't sit at the bar because of a cable for one diners you kind of get lost in the crowd I'll go back just for the sushi rice, but I'll take someone with me next time

Be prepared to wait 1.5 - 2 hours on AVERAGE every time you come here. Place is extremely small. Limited seating. Always a wait. Food is worth it but this place is too small. The food here is delicious. Only leaving a review due to extremely long wait times. Been here multiple times and always wait a minimum of 1 hour.
