⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Perfection! The Best Breakfast in Northwest Vegas If you are looking for an absolute powerhouse of a morning meal in the Northwest area of Las Vegas, **Bros Breakfast and Lunch** is an unmatched hidden gem. I willingly and gladly go completely out of my way just to come to this place, and every single visit reinforces why it is worth every extra mile. ### The Ultimate Breakfast Chilaquiles On my latest visit, I ordered an absolute feast that hit every single flavor note imaginable: * **The Adobada:** The star of the show. The adobada was masterfully marinated, incredibly tender, and packed with a deep, savory, mouth-watering flavor. It was served alongside two perfectly cooked eggs and rich, flavorful beans that tasted completely homemade. * **The Tortilla Chips & Fresh Sides:** The meal came with fresh, crispy tortilla chips paired with a vibrant, zesty **house salsa verde**, cool **sour cream**, and fresh pico. Scooping up the salsa, beans, and adobada with the chips made for the ultimate bite. * **The Refreshment:** To wash it all down, I had a glass of ice-cold, freshly poured **orange juice** that was bright, refreshing, and the ideal palate cleanser. ### The Verdict The attention to detail, the generous portions, and the explosion of authentic, comforting flavors make Bros Breakfast and Lunch a true standout in the Las Vegas food scene. The food is consistently stellar, and the quality is top-tier from start to finish. I will happily keep driving out of my way to eat here because nothing else compares. Five shining stars—do yourself a favor and check them out!

One of the better Denver omelets, everything cooked in the eggs. Soft, wheat toast properly briwned and a good amount of hashbrowns also properly cooked and browned. The place was busy, but slowed after we arrived, had a hard time getting someone's attention for refills, had to ask a server (that wasn't ours) and had to flag our waitress to get the check. Possibly a mixup in who was serving us. Great food, staff were nice, maybe needed someone extra to see if customers need anything. Parking is not great, but worth coming for breakfast or lunch.

My niece suggested we try a place close by for brunch. I agreed when we arrived I saw groves of people leaving out and groves of people coming in. The hostess was kind and said we had a wait time of 35 minutes. As we sat in our car and waited people kept coming and leaving. We got the call earlier then the wait time mentioned. When we sat down this small Cafe was running like clockwork. The server was kind and took our drink orders. We both ordered mojitos. I've had bad experiences with these drinks always watered down. Not today. My niece got the strawberry and I got the mango. Baby it was popping with flavors of mint, mango, rum, lime, water and ice. This brought me back to what it was supposed to taste like. I ordered the steak skillet breakfast. I was surprised that the size appeared small for the skillets you'd get around town. I was pleasantly shocked that I couldn't finish it. It was more than enough. They had all the condiments you could need, and I didn't need any. When food is flavored and pleasing to the eye. You have a winner. I definitely had a winner. No salt, no pepper nothing at all. Whoever is making that green chili sauce has a winner. My niece felt the same as I did. She usually reaches for pepper, which she did, however she didn't need it for her chorizo skillet. She also couldn't eat it all. She had a to go box which was filled up with enough food for a 2nd meal. The café only sits about fewer then 100 people. So I understood why folks waited for such a treat from a family owned cafe in North Las Vegas. Will I visit again. Absolutely!

Got the Bros Sampler with eggs over easy, potatoes, crispy bacon & Belgian waffle! Very yummy! My hubby got eggs over medium, chicken fried steak with gravy, sourdough toast & hash browns. Yumm. The gravy was VERY GOOD! And the OJ tasted like freshly squeezed! We will definitely be back.
