Greeted as soon as we walked in service was excellent. The place is small with eight tables but feels nice and homey. Our orders came out piping hot which was a nice touch since it’s rare, everything was delicious. We ordered Taquitos with mom’s meat (ground beef), queso birrias, 3 tacos and queso findido, coke and Pepsi zero for total of $85 included tip. I totally recommend if you want authentic.
I never would’ve imagined that one of the greatest Mexican restaurants I’ve ever gotten a chance to eat at was just down the street from my home. It was my first time eating there with my best friend for my birthday, and what I can say is that this cooking reminds me so much of my grandmother’s cooking and her telling me stories when I was in the kitchen with her. All while telling me of her life back in Guadalajara, Mexico as child. Thank you so much to everyone who made the delicious food, for everyones hard work. And to our waitress Flor, thank you for making us feel so welcome during our first time there. Gonna be back again next week to bring my father and my sister to try this amazing food again. No matter what side of town you’re on, if you want authentic Mexican food. To feel the passion in someone’s cooking, please try Carolina’s.

We are a family of 5 and were looking for an AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant during our last stay in Las Vegas... we LOVED our lunch at Carolina's! We live in Europe and we are used to eat "Mexican food"... Well... What we found at Carolina's was on anther level! We asked the (mexican) guys seated nearby us at the restaurant for recommendations and everything was incredibly tasty! The atmosphere was like being at HOME and we loved it! Very well done to Carolina as you nailed your intention of making people happy through your cousine 🥰
