6/12/2026 7:00pm My partner and I had visited with the sincere intention of purchasing a dachshund puppy, a decision made with particular significance given the recent passing of our cherished family pet. Upon our arrival, we were initially greeted by a male employee who was exceptionally welcoming and engaging. He displayed excellent customer service, made a few pleasant jokes, and kindly led us to an area where he introduced us to a puppy. This positive initial interaction set a hopeful tone for our visit. However, the experience took an unfortunate turn with the arrival of a female employee, whose name we regrettably did not ascertain. She promptly removed the puppy that had been placed with us. When we specifically inquired about viewing a dachshund, she responded with an unprofessional and dismissive demeanor, stating that such viewing was reserved "for serious inquiries only." Despite our explicit communication regarding our intent to purchase – especially given our recent loss and clear focus on a dachshund – she declined our request to see the specific breed we were interested in acquiring. Following this, another puppy was briefly presented to us, only to be hastily removed within a few minutes. It became apparent that the employee wished for our interaction to conclude. Feeling unwelcomed, misunderstood, and frankly, disrespected, we decided to terminate our visit without making a purchase. This entire experience was deeply disheartening and has ultimately led us to conclude that we will be seeking to purchase a new family member from another establishment. We believe this incident warrants your attention, as it significantly detracted from what should have been a positive and successful transaction, and potentially reflects a training need for consistency in customer service.

Our pup was 5 months old and had none of the shots he should’ve had by that age, we took him to the vet the day after getting him and he had an upper respiratory infection. Was a bit upset because they said he had been checked by the vet right before we got him. Other than that we love our pup just a bit disappointed in our experience.

Pets were cute, most of them were lethargic. Strong odor of urine and feces.

They sold me a male Yorkie for 4k and said they would send me his registration application, I never received it. I just found out he cannot be registered because there’s no proof he is pure bred. They also said he would be about 5 lbs. he is not!!! They haven’t returned my calls. Do not purchase anything from them unless you don’t mind getting scammed!!! Save your money and buy from someone that’s trustworthy! My baby also had a cough and had to be taken to the vet for it. Trying to get reimbursed for it was a joke as well and I never got reimbursed. This place is awful!!!
