Modern landscaping gave us our dream backyard. I was trying to find before photos, but basically just picture dirt and rock and now we spend all year enjoying our happy place! Highly recommend!

We recently used Modern Landscape for the third time to complete our backyard project, and once again they exceeded our expectations. Tom and Lisa were great to work with throughout the entire process. Tom really helped turn our vision into a reality and made the experience smooth from start to finish. Miguel was awesome as the site supervisor. He made sure everything was completed in a timely manner and kept the job site clean and organized throughout the project. We are extremely happy with how our backyard turned out and would highly recommend Modern Landscape for any of your landscaping needs.

Modern Landscape helped me with a complex project to update a house backyard and get it ready as a rental property. The results look great and the whole process went smoothly. Modern Landscape first did a thorough review of the current yard condition and took meticulous measurements so that they could give me a proper estimate. Modern Landscape listened to my ideas for the backyard and created a good design that met my requirements and also made sure all of the HOA rules and County building code were followed. Modern Landscape also took care of making sure the required building permit was pulled by a subcontractor. The written design plan diagram was clear and detailed, and the HOA only had minor questions before approving. The team at Modern Landscape did a really good job with coordinating multiple subcontractors to build a new concrete patio, insulated aluminum patio cover, a new irrigation system, installed new plants and updated rock landscaping. As soon as we got HOA approval, the construction work was completed faster than I expected and the work passed the County building department inspection.

Modern Landscape exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their team delivered exceptional quality work, maintained transparent communication throughout the entire process, and completed everything on schedule with no delays. Every detail was handled with professionalism and care, resulting in a backyard design and installation that is truly outstanding. We couldn't be happier with the final result and highly recommend Modern Landscape to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and customer-focused landscaping partner.

My husband found Modern Landscape just by happen chance. And I can't tell you how happy I am that he did. Normally, we only select any service/company we plan to use 'by word-of-mouth'. This family owned business is exceptional and so is the entire crew who work 'with them'....not 'for them'....because Tom and his family treat all the 'crew' as family. What a fabulous quality to have in a company, especially in these times, and I have no doubt that Miguel, Enrique, Antonio, Jorge, Oscar and Edgar, feel the same way. Tom is very knowledgeable about what plants/shrubs do well in the LV climate, and that is something with which we needed guidance, for sure. He's got quite the eye for design as well - as evidenced by their website. Branden, his son, was extremely helpful when we had any concerns and provided us a wonderful 'Landscape Care Packet'. In the 20+ years we have been in this home, we have had to add/replace landscaping at least 4-5 different times. This nice feature was never offered to us previously. In the past, the landscapers have always put the same emitter heads for every shrub/plant. Not in this case! Miguel and his crew knew exactly what heads to put on each and every shrub, so the shrub/plant gets the correct amount of water. If we ever have a need for more landscaping work, Modern Landscape is who we will be calling. Thank you to all the Hoff family and to the 'crew that work with them'. We love the 'new and improved look' in both the front and backyard. Trish & Tom Land
