Great business, team, and system. I had read about Alex Hormozi's business strategies and tried to implement them myself. I had some success but needed that extra push/help! I knew it wouldn't be cheap if they could help me how I needed help. But once I was bought in, they went above and beyond!! They helped with everything! Coaching, ads, systems, automations, scheduling, lead generation, lead follow up, creating a community, and more than I could ever mention. Since using them for the past 4 months, our ETF has increased, CAC has decreased, we've helped significantly more clients and are able to focus on what we love most; coaching! Gym Launch Coaches are knowledgeable and very easily accessible!

All gym and studio owners know it is extremely hard to run a profitable business. All of us get into the business out of passion, but soon we learn that passion does not guarantee survival! I found GymLaunch at the lowest point in my entrepreneurial journey, and I had no option but to keep pushing till I succeeded or just failed, and I could decide what I wanted to do next. I’m grateful to be assigned a great mentor and coach who showed me the path, and he is generous enough to share all he knows because he treats all our businesses as his own. He offers a different perspective and helps you overcome your limited mindset and bottlenecks. Being a part of GymLaunch is the greatest decision I have ever made! Though my gym studio is a distance from being the best in Singapore, I know GymLaunch and Coach Blake can get me there! Truly, because they have been there, done that. So I stopped wasting time and learned from the best people in the industry with proven track records. Lastly, if you know and do not know what you are doing! You should work with GymLaunch because you will learn so much from the team!

One month in with GymLaunch. Ads went live 9 days ago and I've already added 11 new members — hard to argue with that. Rod has been a great coach. Responsive, checks in consistently, keeps you accountable without being overbearing. The community is a legitimate bonus. Approachable, supportive, and a solid mix of newer and experienced gym owners. The networking alone adds real value beyond the program itself. One thing worth noting: the onboarding content is built around fitness gyms, so if you're running a BJJ academy you'll be doing some translation. It's not a dealbreaker — most of it carries over with minor adjustments and there's genuinely a lot of useful material in there.

I started listening to Alex Hormozi’s podcast, The Game, in chronological order, a few years ago. At that time, I was teaching classical martial arts as a matter of duty and love for the art. After over thirty years in the art, it was just my turn to give back. I had been teaching and working and doing free work for the schools in the system for years. I had an entirely unrelated career and I was happy with it. When I heard Alex Hormozi say that you could scale pretty much any business to at least a million dollars a year, it challenged basically everything I’d ever heard and believed about traditional martial arts. I had accepted the belief that my high ticket, B2B, service business was safer and more reasonable than trying to be a full time martial arts instructor. But technological upsets and shifting trends were making my “safe” career less stable all of the time. When I decided to switch lanes, I knew that I would need support. I came into Gym Launch at the very beginning, one month before opening the doors of my new dojo to the public. I didn’t know if they’d accept a classical school or someone with no industry experience running a dojo or a gym. All I really knew was how to teach the art, nothing about the business models in the field. Instantly, it was like drinking from a firehose. I got a dedicated coach — Rod Busby, and four other business coaches with unique strengths. That alone would be worth the investment, but I also have an ads team, a software suite with everything I need to run the school, and hundreds of gym and dojo owners who have all been through the same growing pains I’m dealing with. Right now, four days into the month, I already have more scheduled recurring billings for this month than we had in total revenue for the previous three months. We’re still tiny by industry standards, but the growth is steady and the frameworks to keep moving are crystal clear. That clarity is not something I ever could have achieved without so much experienced guidance.

I've been following GL for years while finishing school and now that I'm finally in the weeds of opening my first gym, it was a no-brainer to work with them. Having a team of experts for everything from the ad side of things to the actual business coaching is great. Coach Rod has been awesome to work with and Bailey has done an amazing job handling all of my ads so far. It's been one month and I've signed up 100 new presale members and things are looking promising for our gym to open profitably in the next few months!

Community FTW! I have really enjoyed the feedback loop of the community and the accessibility of the coaches. This is top to bottom a group of experienced and gaining-experience operators in several different spaces from all over the world. I was surprised at the amount of technology that is ready to install for businesses of all levels to utilize. My biggest win since joining up is getting validation that my plan was solid I just needed a push to get over the hump of execution.
