Today was my first day in a proper gym and I had the absolute pleasure of starting this adventure with the help of Sergio. He is patient, brilliant, kind and considerate. He’s also a reflection of what he does in his mannerisms and appearances which is not always the case with coaches. I appreciate Cennedy have the foresight to match him with me, she was absolutely right. I’m tucking away cash for as many sessions with him I can afford.
I just wanted to add to my review because I started using the ladies gym and its terrible because people stay on the machines for an extended time because they are always on their phone. They dont care if you are waiting. One women was using two machines at once and i wanted to usecone of them. She put her towel, phone, and water in the holder of the machine I wanted to use while she alternated between machines. Why no rules posted?
Gym has everything you need. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week. I prefer this location over flamingo. I’m always able to find an open machine or exercise equipment, even during peak hours.
Gym is nice and the staff are good. But if you are the type of person to cause problems at the gym, this is the place for you. You won't be kicked out, you won't be asked to follow the rules, and nobody will even say anything to you. They oy want money here. So cause all the problems you want. Tie up machines while you're using your phone, pick fights with people that are trying to work out, whatever you want. It's your world.
Extremely dangerous at night. Don't go after dark. I was assaulted by a homeless junkie living in his truck (gold f150) in the parking lot when I wouldn't give him money. I will never return to this location.
Their billing department will charge you $100's of dollars in late fees and not even notify you until months later if you ever switch cards or bank accounts. By then you'll owe like $300 just to maintain your membership and they won't let you cancel and just keep charging you. Rally awful business practices.
