This gym set itself apart from any gyms that I’ve been to. The staff is polite and respectful. They listen to all your concerns in our friendly to greet you. The gym is kept extremely clean and the clientele our gym members are very respectful with equipment as well as with each other. This is one of my most favorite gyms, the staff is also very friendly. You could ask him anything and they could answer your questions. They really take time to listen to any concerns you might have and they always have wonderful advice when you ask this is a gym that I would give a 10 star rating. If I wasn’t moving away from this area, I would stay here forever. It’s so clean and you purchase a key fob so you can go there 24 hours a day. I’m gonna miss that gym . Joining Coast2Coast has been life changing. Coast2Coast is what friendly, neighborhood gyms used to be before big-box corp gyms invaded. In addition to being a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental, well-equipped, clean environment, my Trainor, Kat Secor, is top notch. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism is everything you look for in a Trainor to take you to the next fitness level or transition your lifestyle. This gym has all the right equipment and vibe to reach alll your fitness goals and provides private entry and lots of parking and is always updating and providing new equipment, check this place out you won’t regret it.

Followed up with an appointment to be shown around by Demi who was respectful and straight to the point on what the gym had to offer. Military friendly and veteran owned! Clean gym and nice equipment for the space available vs mainstream gyms.
Best Gym ever best decision we made to join the gym. I believe it was three or four years ago and the gym just keeps getting better and better will never leave it. It’s become part of our family and our home. It’s a 10 out of 10.
