Visited 4 times during Vegas stay. Good gym with variety of equipment and weights. Layout is good. I went in the morning and it was decently crowded. Could imagine it being super packed later in the day. Some staff is super friendly and others seem to not enjoy themselves much and are deprived of smiles. Shame as a smile can do so much.
Yeah I went to tour, tour was good I was almost ready to sign up. But the guy who I was handed off too wouldn’t let me see a sheet of the prices, and blew me off to look them up on my phone….really rubbed me the wrong way! Yeah no thanks that’s all I needed to see. Being nice to your clientele shouldn’t be that hard.
Been a member here for close to 20 yrs. One major complaint i have is the staff that works nights. I'm usually in the gym between 3 and 6 am, 5 days a week. During this time the cleaning crew does absolutely nothing. The paper towel dispensers are more often then not empty, men's locker room is trashed, floors are disgusting, and you're lucky if you pick a restroom stall that has toilet paper. All while these dudes walk around and talk to their friends and girls. Every day. Without fail. Id be livid if i worked after these dudes, because every day you essentially have to start your day by cleaning and restocking an entire gym. It makes me wonder what management does when they arrive in the morning... they clearly don't check the restrooms or walk the floor.
The equipment is nice, and has a lot of facilities, but the gym is unusable because it is unclean and STINKS horribly. You can tell people do not wipe their equipment down after use and if customers are not going to do it, it is the responsibility of the staff to do it but they don’t. The entire upstairs area (the main gym floor) smells like serious B.O and the machinery itself smells terribly. People are obviously inconsiderate and should wipe the machines down after they use them, but it is ridiculous how few and far apart they have the cleaning tools. And with as much money as they are making off these gyms, they could AT LEAST buy wipes instead of papers towels and spray. Cheap as hell. Encourage your customers to clean instead of encouraging your bottom line.
Today I had a DISGUSTING experience with the play room. I watched cameras from the time I made it into the women’s room. Noticing my one year old daughter was playing/sitting by herself in the baby area. There were a few other kids her age there being held by the staff. Those kids weren’t crying or anything. About 25 minutes into my workout, I’m watching the cameras and see my daughter standing there crying. Again, the staff is standing around holding other kids who aren’t crying and not trying to calm her down. They also didn’t attempt to call me. Let me back up, the day prior, she smelled like poop when I picked her up. No one called to let me know. I brushed it off as I figured she must’ve just pooped. Back to today, I immediately left out and walked over to the playroom. It took me a few minutes to get there. When I walked in, she’s still standing there alone crying! The staff is still standing around!!! No one is attempting to calm her down or call me! I immediately ask why is she crying? No one can tell me anything. I grab her from them and what do you know, she smells like poop again. Let me add, she will not cry because she pooped. So no one even called to tell me she pooped. She was the ONLY black child there and I would love to believe it wasn’t a race issue but how when they are standing around letting her cry while holding other kids who aren’t crying! I’m disgusted. I’m livid and I’m hurt for my child. She won’t return but it’s so pathetic of the staff!
Current music selection his hit or miss with bangers one minute and repulsive screeching the next. Can't be good for advertising partners
