This friendly little place is a hidden gem in Las Vegas, from the moment I was welcomed into the store and interactions with all the staff and I guess other guys like me who hangout in places like this, hands down best place to go. Got a great deal on my trades and will visit every time I am in the area. Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome! We found so many cool games and had a lovely time chatting about games! Can’t wait to visit again to see what they have in stock. I also love knowing we have a local option whenever my pc goes on the fritz!

I stopped in here to have my Xbox Original game resurfaced, the store is packed with every generation of games & consoles, PC's, and even a section for Anime/Manga. The manager Mario was very knowledgeable and friendly, I cant wait to go back, definitely worth checking out for all types of collectors!

Had an issue with my computer's BIOS. Following a Windows11 update the BIOS would not allow the computer to post. Charlie examined and repaired the BIOS. In addition, he checked my computer and removed disruptive applications, one of which contained malware. He showed me the process for his repair and even provided me with a malware removal program and a new CMOS battery (apparently mine was dead). Within 3 hours I had the computer back in my possession, running like it did when it was new. Overall, a very pleasant experience dealing with a confounding computer problem. First class service, highly recommended. Thank you Charlie!

I had a great experience at Charlie’s Computers Video Games and Anime. They fixed my computer quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it running better than ever. What really stood out, though, was the people. The family and staff there are genuinely sweet, respectful, and welcoming. You can feel that they care about their customers, not just the repair. It’s rare to find a place with that kind of kindness and professionalism all in one. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable computer help.
