I visited this location for the first time this past Sunday and I had a great experience! The big part of that was thanks to Trevor! His energy and enthusiasm really stood out and made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which helped make the ordering process smooth and pleasant. Trevor’s positive attitude and genuine customer service reflect very well on the store. Employees like him truly enhance the overall experience, and I’ll definitely be returning.
OMG. What a freaking cookie! I don't even remember the technical name but it's the churro one. Freaking delicious all the flavors compliment each other. I also got the silk Oreo one also delicious.
Wasn’t sure about this place. Walked in at 9:30pm and Makayla Allen greeted us with us a smile and ensured us we made the right decision for a late night treat. Told us we wouldn’t be disappointed with the cookies or drinks and she was right. We had the rockstar, cookies and cream, and caramel. All fantastic, not too sweet and full of flavor. Drinks were on point too. Definitely going back.
Tried Crave for the first time last week, we were so impressed not only with the cookie.. Peanut butter with the Reesie‘s cup in the middle, but Alexa was so friendly and helpful with the questions that we had about purchasing a box of cookies as a thank you gift… Because of her professionalism and the cookie being so darn good, we will be back to purchase that box!!!
It was my first time going to Crave. Makayla and her team were very patient with me and very sweet! I appreciate the kindness and patience that the girls had with me and other customers. Thank you!
