Christina and Christian at Scales N’ Tails on Craig were absolutely phenomenal! They had everything I needed for both my bearded dragon and my chameleon, and they took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
What really stood out was how helpful they were with pricing. As a lizard owner, it’s great to find a place that not only has a great selection but also helps you get what you need without overspending. Their customer service, knowledge, and genuine passion for reptiles made this one of the best pet store experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Scales N’ Tails on Craig to anyone with reptiles or anyone looking to get started!
This place is awesome! Very well kept and they have a great variety of reptiles for sale. They also sell EVERYTHING you need to take your reptile home now and/or care for the ones you already have. They also let you hold and pet some of the reptiles!! Great note that in the 100+ Las Vegas heat, the store is very well air-conditioned and doesn't have an overly strong/unpleasant smell 👍. Check THEM OUT!
So happy I found this place. I used to bring my son just to visit and see the Reptiles, we finally upgraded to our own bearded dragon. The staff are great and very willing to educate and help. They even offered boarding at low rates
Fantastic staff Sabrina and Dev are awesome. Super helpful bought two Gargoyle geckos then I went back acouple days later and bought two Ball Pythons. First snakes the girls explained everything to me and helped me out. 😁😁

Been coming here for all of my reptile needs since theyve been open. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
I had an amazing experience at Scales 'N Tails! Ramon was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and I must have asked him 100 questions—he had an answer for every single one. As a first-time bearded dragon owner, I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed, and he helped me pick out just about everything to get my new beardie set up properly. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he took the time to explain everything.
Christian was also great! He chimed in with helpful advice while I was there, and every time I've stopped in to buy food for my jumping spiders, he's been friendly and helpful. When my kids and I were considering getting a snake, he even let us hold a beautiful ball python and answered all of our questions.
Every employee I've interacted with at Scales 'N Tails has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the animals. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that truly cares about both the animals and their customers. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back for all of my reptile supplies!
