Technician, Carpenter - Facilities
About the role
Facility Technician will perform under general supervision, servicing, adjusting, and repair of all types of heating and ventilating systems, control systems, air circulating systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems. Maintenance Technician will perform all other related duties as assigned. Perform skilled technical duties involving the repair, maintenance, adjustment, replacement, and installation of all types of HVAC-R systems.
Perform skilled technical duties related to the repair, maintenance, adjustment, replacement, and installation of the building automation system. Handle skilled technical duties involving the repair, maintenance, adjustment, replacement, and installation of building pumps and electrical systems. Perform tasks regularly assigned to a maintenance technician, with additional duties as needed, in accordance with departmental and property rules, policies, and procedures.
Conduct skilled technical duties involving the repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation of all types of lighting systems. Repair and troubleshoot plumbing and electrical systems, including toilets, urinals, sinks, lights, outlets, and switches. Perform skilled technical duties involving the repair, maintenance, adjustment, calibration, replacement, and installation of all types of kitchen equipment.

- Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
