What you'll do
- of the Staff Accountant are to support the Corporate Accounting department in the monthly consolidation and close process, support internal and external reporting activities, assist with complex accounting transactions, and ensure consistent application of accounting policies.

- Assist with the monthly corporate consolidation and financial closing process, including preparation of recurring and non-recurring journal entries and supporting schedules.
- Perform fluctuation analyses and investigate unusual variances.
- Provide accurate, timely and usable reports to Corporate Accounting department.
- Review and prepare account reconciliations of general ledger balances.
- Ensure that all aspects of financial practice across the Company’s operating units are consistent and in compliance with established corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage consistent application of the general ledger across the Company’s operating units.
What you'll bring
- At least 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or finance role required; public accounting experience preferred.
- Must have experience with accounting systems and financial statement closings and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
