What you'll bring

• A strong understanding of the technology landscape and industry acumen is necessary to effectively analyze and document business requirements, workflows and use best practices in collaboration with enterprise architects, application developers, consultants, and vendors.
• This position will require concurrent work on disparate projects, ranging from system implementations to organizational efficiency initiatives to business development opportunities.
• The Sr Business Analyst must be able to develop comprehensive requirement documents and process flows, define project scope and objectives, coordinate testing with business stakeholders and Quality Assurance team, conduct and document user acceptance testing, and identify and mitigate risks / issues to deliver the project scope.
• The ability to professionally engage and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, is a fundamental requirement for this position.
