- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university, along with two to three (2-3) years of experience in Human Resources or a related field; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirements, as follows: Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, along with four to five (4-5) years of experience in Human Resources or a related field; OR High school diploma or GED equivalent, along with six to seven (6-7) years of experience in Human Resources or a related field PREFERRED
- Experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), preferably Workday.
- Experience working in higher education.
- Experience with payroll, leave administration, compensation, personnel processing, or related Human Resources functions.
- Experience running, reviewing, and analyzing Human Resources or employment-related reports.
- Experience providing consultative support and customer service to employees, supervisors, and departments.
- Experience providing training or guidance on Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes.
