What you'll bring
- Serving as a policy expert, you will provide non-academic guidance to help students and faculty navigate complex institutional requirements, effectively manage gray areas, resolve progression challenges, and apply sound judgment when evaluating unique policy exceptions or appeal processes.
- Beyond degree audits, you will support equity-minded retention and student success programs, such as the Building Resilient and Inclusive Discoveries Graduate Education (BRIDGE) program, while conducting policy trainings and managing non-enrollment separations.
- You will support and enforce secure, FERPA-compliant electronic record management, create and maintain plan of study documents per WCAG standards to ensure document accessibility for all, audit operational processes to streamline workflows, and represent the Graduate College on university committees.
- Working alongside leadership, you will track key unit metrics and collaborate with internal and external institutional partners to advance university retention and graduation goals.

- BACKGROUND SCREENING Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background and/or credit check.
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and 1-3 years of experience.
