What you'll do
- Reporting to the Team Member Relations Manager, the Human Resources Representative (Employee Concierge) serves as an internal resource and liaison to employees.
- The Representative has a full understanding of the policies, procedures, benefits, service culture, mission and values of the company and accurately relays this information to employees through a variety of channels.
- The Representative will assist with the administration of accurate and timely Team Member processing.
- Provides internal guest service to employees by consistently demonstrating property guest service standards and accurately and effectively answering employee questions.

What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of Human Resource experience or related administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a similar casino and resort setting.
- Spanish bilingual required.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Workday preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to delivering a positive employee experience with each interaction.
- Ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task with the ability to be self-directed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills.
