Job Description Nevada State University invites applications for a Lecturer of Human Health Sciences with a background in anatomy and physiology, microbiology, and/or introductory biology.

What you'll do

  • Teach 30 credits per academic year, which typically includes 12 credits in fall, 12 credits in spring, and 6 credits in the summer.
  • Teaching assignments are determined based on departmental and programmatic needs and may include courses at Nevada State University's North Las Vegas campus.
  • Teach primarily lower-level courses in Anatomy and Physiology, Fundamentals of Life Science, and General Microbiology in an in-person format.
  • Serve on departmental and university-wide committees.
  • Engage in professional development activities.
