Director, Operational Project Management

In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing central initiatives and ensuring the flawless completion of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to successfully implement and manage our New Product Introduction (NPI) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) portfolios. What you'll do
- Direct the NPI and GSC Program Management function, setting portfolio priorities, operating plans, and performance objectives aligned with business strategy.
- Coordinate and drive the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) portfolios, encouraging collaboration across business units.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans and objectives for NPI and GSC.
- Establish and maintain outstanding project governance, ensuring compliance with PMI or equivalent experience standards and organizational guidelines.
- Identify risks and issues, define mitigation and contingency strategies, and ensure clear communication for both managed projects and GSC.
- Advance innovation, operational excellence, and efficiency, ensuring new products are introduced within set timeframes and budgets.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with key collaborators, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and guidelines for NPI and portfolio management, ensuring continuous learning and process improvements.
- Apply data-driven decision-making to drive portfolio optimization, important metric tracking, and transparent reporting.
- Inspire change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies, processes, and business improvements.
- What We're Looking For 10+ years of dynamic portfolio/program leadership experience, including accountability for complex, business-critical portfolios and functional outcomes.
- 5+ years of people/functional leadership experience with accountability for staffing, performance, prioritization, and business outcomes.
