As a Database Marketing Specialist, you are instrumental in driving guest engagement and revenue growth by executing and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns across all properties. You are responsible for ensuring the flawless delivery and optimization of campaigns-from initial production and deployment through real-time monitoring and post-campaign performance analysis.

Your ability to turn data into insights helps shape future strategies and supports the broader marketing vision of the organization.

What you'll do

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture Execute multi-channel direct marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, purchasing, property-level marketing, and external vendors Utilize campaign management platforms daily to build, schedule, deliver, and report on targeted communications across print, email, SMS, and digital formats Monitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with strategy, timelines, and budget; make data-driven recommendations for optimization Analyze guest response data and marketing trends to identify actionable insights and support reinvestment strategies Provide support for True Rewards customer online support Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll bring

  • 2-4 years of marketing, hospitality, or database analysis experience; experience in a gaming or casino environment preferred Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams Working knowledge of CRM, campaign management tools, SQL, and database query software preferred
