What you'll bring

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in
  • Demonstrated experience configuring eligibility rules, benefit events, enrollment workflows, absence plans, accrual schedules, business processes, security roles, notifications, approvals, reporting, and integrations within Workday, preferred Experience leading Workday annual enrollment configuration, system testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation activities, preferred Demonstrated experience managing benefit plans, leave programs, vendor relationships, Team Member communications, and compliance activities Strong analytical, organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Workday reporting tools
  • At least 21 years of age Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards None Physical
