Job Description The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Associate Director of Annual Giving & Gift Planning Initiatives, Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement ROLE of the POSITION The Associate Director of Annual Giving & Planned Giving Initiatives supports the strategic execution and growth of the annual giving and gift planning programs for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

- The Associate Director maintains a small portfolio of annual giving prospects and supports donor cultivation and stewardship efforts through personalized outreach, events, and communications.

What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of fundraising principles, donor engagement strategies, philanthropic stewardship practices, annual giving, donor pipeline development, and planned giving concepts.
- Strong communication, organizational, project management, analytical, and relationship-building skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
