Job Description The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Associate Director, Gift Administration, UNLV Advocacy, Communication, and Donor Relations [R0153606] ROLE of the POSITION The Associate Director, Gift Administration is responsible for the creation, review and approval of all gift agreements and related documentation, as well as the development, implementation, and oversight of UNLV Foundation policies and procedures related to gift agreements to promote accurate, timely, and secure records management.

- The Associate Director will implement best practices for gift documentation
- provide training for development officers
- draft, review, and proofread agreements
- coordinate the signature process and distribution of signed agreements.
- They will also be responsible for assisting donor relations to advance stewardship of donors.
- The Associate Director will lead projects which impact the establishment of funds, design improvements for processes, and utilize analytical skills to ensure that gift agreements are processed and administered in a proper manner.
- The incumbent will ensure all processes and documentation regarding gift agreements are consistent with NSHE, UNLV, and UNLV Foundation policies and practices.

What you'll bring
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and five to seven years of related experience.
