Such a pleasant experience. 😊 I came in for a pedi and will definitely be back! I didn't feel rushed, my feet were not tossed around and I felt like I was listened to. It was relaxing 😌

Tried this nail salon for the first time today as I live nearby. I should say I only get gel pedicures. Cheryl was AMAZING. She suggested a new color with the chrome finish for something fun. We had great conversation and my pedicure looks so cute and fun! The atmosphere of the salon is very chill and everyone seemed to be genuinely enjoying their services. I will 100% be coming back.

This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I left and cried in my car. The owner/ manager interrupted my service to ask my nail tech to finish her client for her (4 nails so essentially half the manicure) in the middle of my service so that she could start on another client. I was forced to sit and wait. I was not asked, I was told. I was also told it would take 5 minutes—it took 5 times that. I should have left then, but my tech had already shaped my nails and I had been in the salon for 2 hours at that point. My nail tech never bothered to apologize, which was really surprising and hurtful. No one in there respected me or my time. I came in for a REGULAR Acrylic full set. I asked about pricing ahead, and was told an acrylic full set was $45-$60. I specifically asked for a medium, soft-white French tip with REGULAR polish. After being forced to wait, I said never mind to French tips because we were nearing the third hour. She proceeded to try and charge me $80 (apparently she had put gel on after I asked for regular). Instead of admitting the mistake or discounting for the inconvenience, she had me sit back in her chair for another 40 minutes while she drilled off and cut every nail, and repainted with different polish. She didn’t event bother to put a base coat over my acrylic nails before repolishing, so now the entire manicure is ruined with scratches and streaks. I still paid the $45 base pay, but I’m truly upset with myself for even doing that. This whole situation was wrong, and I’m not sure if it was a profiling situation, but please avoid going here. Horrendous way to celebrate educators for teacher appreciation week 👎🏼

I’ve gone to this nail salon before, this is my first time actually having a bad experience. My boyfriend and I both came in for pedicures. We had hot stone pedicure which comes with 6 minute oil massage and dead skin remover. My boyfriend’s lady did AMAZING, took her time and got what he paid for. I on the other hand didn’t get the dead skin remover on my feet, and felt like the lady half assed my massage. It wasn’t even 6 minutes. I didn’t even get the oil massage. She just rubbed the stones on my legs for 30 seconds on each side with oil. Then didn’t even wipe the bottoms of my feet so I was just walking in oil almost slipping each step. Not sure about returning anymore. Left no tip. My boyfriends lady deserved a tip tho 😭

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was unacceptable. My nails lifted and started falling off the same day I got them done. When I brought it up, there was no refund or discount offered—only an offer to have the same tech fix them almost a week later, which didn’t make sense given how quickly they failed. Even worse, my sister’s pedicure left her with a bleeding hole in her foot. Again, there was no apology, no concern, and no effort to make it right. When we mentioned our issues, the manager’s attitude was unbelievable. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated that we even brought it up, despite the fact that we weren’t demanding anything—just explaining what went wrong. Her behavior alone was enough to make us decide not to return. Overall: poor service, poor quality, and unprofessional management. We won’t be coming back, and others should think twice before booking.
