One of my favorite studios in Henderson! I love the variety of classes they offer and their instructors are great. I’ve taken classes with Christopher, Viktoria, and Shawna & I loved all of them. Every instructor & class is different which is great. Depending on what type of workout I want, I always have options!

What started as a place to take yoga classes has become one of my favorite places to be. This is so much more than a yoga studio. It’s a community built by genuinely kind people, and that starts with Lisa. Lisa has created something really special. The studio is welcoming, supportive and filled with people who truly care about one another. It’s the kind of place where you feel encouraged from the moment you walk in. I’ve taken classes with Nathan, Dragonfire, Kate, Whitney, CJ and Lisa and each instructor brings their own style while making every class challenging, fun and approachable. Whether it’s Yoga, Core or Sculpt, I always leave feeling stronger and happier. What I appreciate most is that I actually look forward to going, not just for the incredible workouts, but because I’ve made wonderful friends there. That’s something I never expected when I first signed up. I’m so grateful this studio exists and happily make the drive because it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for amazing instructors, challenging classes and a place that truly feels like a community, I can’t recommend it enough.

This studio has exceptional yoga instructors. It’s a very positive and supportive studio. Lots of choices for all levels. You feel so good after a class!
