I was frustrated with account errors made by others. However, Mr. Justin Solidarios who is the manager for personal training completely turned things around. He is a truly decent human being who operates with genuine integrity and honors his word. Justin handled my situation with the perfect balance of professional skill and warm, friendly care. Because of him, I stayed at this gym, which I love for its cleanliness and great option of machines. In fact, I have already referred two people to this gym. Justin is truly a gem and EōS is very lucky to have him!

Great Gym!! So many wonderful classes and equipment. If you are looking for a personal trainer ask for Isaac. Isaac is so knowledgeable and really keeps you motivated. He wants you to have the best workout possible. Isaac is simply the best!!

Price is decent. Only slight hustle on the joining fees, bonuses, and cancel. Mostly clean. Paying extra to use the massage chais, special rooms, and infrared sauna may not be worth it if you are on a budget. Massage chairs frequently broken and usually a line. The infrared sauna is beyond filthy. People go in dirty work out clothes and tennis shoes. No towel. Sitting benches, sweat and leave it there. Don’t wipe it up. So it’s very smelly. Doesn’t appear to be ever cleaned while I am there. Too bad. Great idea. I’d say the patrons are more filthy than the gym. Unfortunate the gym doesn’t enforce hygiene policies or clean saunas. Etiquette is to shower before use of sauna and jacuzzi, put on clean bathing suit, sit on towel. For all those that may not know. And shower after sweating before entering pool. I’ve almost never seen anyone apply any of this. Machines are decent. They go out of order some times. Customer service seems to be ok

Harassed every visit about signing up with the personal trainer. I tried every deflection including my medical condition precluding me from participarting fully in their program - supplements, meal plan, etc were not possible for me. It was very uncomfortable. Every single visit was extremely high pressure and I couldn't just go work out. Eventually I caved to the pressure just to stop the daily harassment. Besides, the manager promised me that I should still try a trial class and just let him know if it wasn't for me the next day, so what was the harm? I tried the class, and it wasn't for me. So I opted to discontinue. Suddenly, the manager who harassed me every single day was unavailable and avoided me. I attempted to cancel 10 different times thru visits, text messages, phone calls, even an email. The manager was mysteriously NEVER available and never returned my calls. Finally, a helpful staff member submitted my cancellation and a short time later, I received notification that my request to cancel was DENIED?! I don't think so. My cancellation was not a request. And the arrogance of an organization to presume they may deny me is unthinkable. Where I'm from, we call that FRAUD and I'm investigating the possibility of not only suing them but also pursuing criminal charges. Fortunately, I paid with one of those Walmart bank accounts that I setup anticipating this place like might try to scam me and attempt to steal money from me once I cancelled. That's why they don't take credit cards, so you can't charge them back. Anyways, my "EoS only" account always had just enough to pay their dues. It's now empty and closed. So go ahead..."deny" my cancellation. I've cancelled another way.

We come here far away and want to get day pass pr membership but she is not showing us anything. She say pay first than I can show inside or become membership. Stupid. I am not paying or getting membership
