I cannot express enough how great this emergency vet is. I have unfortunately had to go here 2 times this week for 2 of my dogs and they have been amazing. The first time I went because it was time my senior dog had to leave us and they were so compassionate. They put us in a room that looks like a living room with dim lights and peaceful music. Made the experience so much better then being in a bright hospital setting. The second time my other dog decided to swallow one of her stuffed animals whole. They were all so kind and gave her the medicine and it came back up right away! I recommend this office to anyone needing an emergency vet!

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Neal and the whole team at VEG. They saved my puppy Nyx’s life last night. Everyone who works there is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. I also want to express my gratitude for the VEG Cares program and plan to donate to the fund once I am able so another pets life can be saved. Would also love to give a shout out to Amanda for bringing some much needed relief during an extremely stressful situation. Thank you again to Dr. Neal, Aspen, Perla, Dr. Lee, and Amanda. You’re lifesavers. Literally.

Having to bring your pet to an emergency animal hospital is traumatic for our pets and for the humans, but VEG Henderson does an amazing job not only with the medical care but also the emotional care. Each and every person there gives so much love to your pet, and allowing us to remain with our babies the entire time gives us all the comfort we need. The clinic is spotless, well staffed, and they take all the time we need to understand what it happening each step of the way. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about ER for Pets on Stephanie in Henderson, NV. We brought my son’s Frenchie (Monster) in to be checked. We were greeted at the door and ushered in to a ER type station where he was looked at immediately. The techs were very professional and knowledgeable, and able to give a preliminary diagnoses based on specific tests. Further tests were done and treatment administered. This “ER” was more efficient than many hospital ERs, as I worked in healthcare for many years. Highly recommend!!

The whole staff really came through for us when it mattered the most, and really seem to care it shows in your pet posture and bedside manner was felt right at home, even though it was our first time there. Despite being a little short on the bill, they were gracious enough to treat our dog anyway very grateful for that really above and beyond and we will be recommending you to every Buddy.

We brought our 14 year old beagle Bambi into VEG Henderson early Monday morning and was met with prompt and kind staff. They quickly checked the severity of the situation and made sure Bambi was stable. All the staff members that interacted with us was very helpful and kind. They treated Bambi very well and they were caring. While waiting, Christopher, Customer Service specialist, took me on a tour of the open concept facility. Pet owners are allowed to be with their pet or can at least see their pets during x rays or ultrasound - different experience from general vets where they take the pets in the back and owners have no idea whats going on and cant comfort their babies. I really appreciated that! We spent the whole morning to the afternoon there waiting for results and we were able to bring our other beagle (for moral support) and stay in the room. I was at ease that even though we were waiting, we were comfortable and we were with professionals should anything happen. The doc came back with results and answered all of our questions factually and kindly. Thankfully Bambi is treatable and can be monitored at home. Knowing I have a reliable place to take my pets in an emergency is one less thing to worry about. 10/10 recommend.
