I live in West Henderson and I started going to Inspirada Animal Hospital because it's close by and very easy to get to. There is ample parking which is very convenient. This is the only vet that I have ever seen that has separate entrances for the cats and dogs. It's a great idea so the animals won't be as likely to get startled and stressed out. The receptionists are friendly and check you in right away when you come through the door. The efficiency is greatly appreciated. Another thing I really appreciate is that they don't overbook. The waiting room has never been overcrowded and it's a nice change from other vet practices that I have been to. The doctors and techs that I have dealt with are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Hayes for people that have cats because she specializes in feline conditions. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and is always willing to answer any questions that I have. I would highly recommend Inspirada Pet Hospital to any pet parent.
This one is a bit of a late review but we had to make a last minute appointment to put my sweet girl Cupcake down. I can’t remember who the doctor was but he was super sweet and gentle with her, and told us everything to expect. I couldn’t have imagined taking her anywhere else. We paid for the most expensive package which included a clay paw print, ink paw print, her fur, and her urn. I was expecting to wait a really long time to receive her ashes and stuff back, but it didn’t take longer than a month I believe. Pic inserted of my sweet girl.
The Doctors there are very knowledgeable and diligent. Most importantly to me as a Bulldog owner is that they are very thorough when I (frequently) bring in Ajax. I lost my Bruticus because other vets wrote off what he was going through to "being a bulldog", so its really reassuring how much the vets clearly care for Ajax each time I bring him in.
Excellent service from our vet tech Frank! He went above and beyond to help me with my goldens ear infection- very kind and patient- I left confidently knowing how to handle the steps to getting my Buddy boys ear wash done properly 😎
Dr. Hayes was so great. She was very good with our Siberian Husky. She was very attentive to our concerns and questions and had great knowledge. I would recommend coming here. The front office staff is very nice too.
