The Wiser Yogi is an unexpected gem. I have taken many different Yoga classes in the past and all over the world and so appreciative of this studio. It is warm, professional and spiritual. To date, I have taken classes from three of their instructors. Each on with their unique take and style. However, they all share the same attributes - giving - one on one attention, emphasising on correct poses and knowing your own body is so helpful. If you are looking for a studio that emphasises the real meaning of Yoga - being at one with your body. Look no further.
The Wiser Yogi is an amazing asset to our community. Since opening in fall 2024 they have become one of my favorite parts of this neighborhood. Tim, Heather, and all of the instructors are always positive and kind. Recently we had a misunderstanding about the packages / subscriptions and Tim has been incredibly understanding and kind, offering extensions to allow me to make the most out of the packages. I can’t thank them enough for being so wonderful and compassionate to me, but I hope expressing my gratitude publicly is enough. Thank you!!!
Beautiful studio, very well thought out in its decor and layout. Great teachers and great options to ease into your yoga practice. The owners are very kind and welcoming.
Great new yoga studio! Good vibes found here. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Doesn’t matter what level you are at. I take Heather’s Kitchen Sink, which varies week to week but always a nice workout. Reasonably priced. Check out their packages!
I have enjoyed attending classes at The Wiser Yogi. I am new to yoga and I have already noticed improvements in my flexibility and mood. The instructors are friendly and do a wonderful job explaining how to set up for each pose.
I just love The Wiser Yogi! Heather and Tim have made it so welcoming, and the instructors are all fantastic. It's my yoga home, and I'm so grateful for everyone there.
