Place is always clean, they have a ton of cable machines and lat pull-down machines, and squat racks. Only three flat benches but still seems to work. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

This gym is a hidden gem(no pun intended) location is perfect close to freeway and has plenty of parking. The gym is in great condition and the staff are eager to please and very knowledgeable.

Classes are good. I call it my in and out gym. Warning: Don’t leave your belongings anywhere even for a minute.

Honestly they just after the bottom line which is money. So I upgraded my membership so that my daughter would work out with me. At the sign up phase I mentioned this to the woman manager that i was doing this for my daughter and she never told me the rules related to upgrading. So upon going the first time with my daughter not only was i embarrassed not knowing the rules that she needed to show her ID, but I was also told that because she was 15 she needed either to have her own membership under a family plan or a regular account. Once again main reason for the upgrade to VIP was to get a better treatment from this establishment. Upon speaking to the manager I felt no empathy as to resolve the situation. Furthermore I will find another place where it makes sense and money is not the bottom line. So please anyone reading this don't rely on them telling you what you are paying for before you are locked in to a contract that I cannot get rid of until 6 months after signing up for my upgrade. I will cancel my membership when I am able to not be penalized.

Love the location & the staff...very helpful & friendly. I've been coming to this location for about 6 months...mainly to use the sauna. Unfortunately, the sauna at this location seems to be not working more than it is running. There probably has not been more than a 2-3 week period when it works. Im looking for a different location at this moment.

Horrible general manager. Doesn't know how to answer questions without being extremely condescending and rude.
