Maybe call ahead for peak times, but, Basically walk in, wash dog with supplied soap, shampoos and towels & brushes. Dry dog with provided towels and air dryers. Pay a few bucks, leave. Staff is there to help when needed and are friendly. Shop for pet supplies as well

We love the self washing tubs! Have everything you need and worth it to avoid the hassle of bathing at home. Our aussiedoodle mix needs to be groomed often and isn't the best behaved but Ann and Dixie are amazing! They do an amazing job everytime.

Washed my own baby and used their stuff. It was great, especially for my high stress baby. We will back!! Kudos to the attended who was friendly and explained everything.
