First things first, I’d like to extend a huge cudos to Miss Fawn! She has the BEST personality I’ve ever ran across. Beautiful soul. Secondly, I absolutely love this Salvation Army. Not only is the customer service amazing but the deals are incredible! I love the colored sticker markdowns. You can’t beat them! And I think I actually like this place better than goodwill lol. Thank you Salvation Army
I am very pleased with all purchases made on this site. Everything was done in a very Timely manner, items were exactly as described, a good value for my dollar. Also think it's a very good organization to do business with
I've been shopping at the Salvation Army on Stephanie for many years, and I've seen this store go through more managers than I can count. The difference since Pedro became the manager has been incredible. The turnaround he's accomplished is obvious the moment you walk in. The store is cleaner, better organized, and has a much more welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that Pedro takes pride in what he does and leads by example. One of the biggest improvements is the team he's built. Hands down, he has hired an amazing group of people. The staff is friendly, helpful, and hardworking, and it shows in the overall customer experience. Pedro deserves recognition for the positive changes he's made. After years of seeing this location struggle through constant management changes, it's refreshing to see someone who has truly made a lasting impact. Thank you, Pedro, and thank you to your team for all the hard work you put into making this store a great place to shop.
My daughter and I consider this our lucky store. We live in the SW and drive to this store to shop ever since she found a beautiful dress for a dance and some other clothes she just loves. The prices are great. Mark and everyone at the store are so nice. If it wasn’t so far for a new driver, she’d apply to work there.
Super friendly staff, you walk in and it does not smell like an old thrift store, very neat and organized, I love how all the shirts are all color-coded. I definitely enjoy my shopping experience at the Salvation Army
