My boyfriend and I checked this spot out recently and it was great! It was in the evening, around 7:30 pm. The night staff were two young guys, very friendly and happy. We joked around for a minute and they did a great job on the presentation on the ice cream. I told them they ought to do some hibachi tricks or something. That might be fun haha. Anyway, great job, great ice cream, and you’ve got a new regular customer for sure!

Welcoming was ok. Didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have coconut lol. The service was ok

The ice cream is good but takes a bit for the servers to make it. We got there right when it opened so there was not a wait. Very limited seating and no tables available.

It looks very run down. A little gloomy vibe. They were out of ingredients. First choice was cotton candy, but they were out. Some one else wanted sour patch in theirs, but they were out. I got the mango chamoy, but didn't taste like there was any mango. I liked it because of the tajin and chamoy, but lacking in the mango for sure. I never got the tamarind stick as advertised. I paid $9 because it's a featured flavor. I probably should've done the build your own and got it for cheaper. Maybe next...no, I don't think I'd go back. Between the price and lack of ingredients and enthusiasm, definitely not worth it.

Doors were locked during business hours. Two geeky boys working there were talking to some girls at the register, looked like they were giving them freebies. They opened the door rudely, then still took about 5 minutes before we were served. If they were busy I could understand due to their puny arms being tired, but that was not the case. They said they were out of multiple items, I suspect it’s so they don’t have to make much. Way too much audacity for working an ice cream job acting that way looking like they do lol I thought maybe it was an off night but the reviews look like the same experience I had.
