Had the best experience here the last few times. I had the hibiscus tea one time and the second time the maple iced coffee. The coffee is delicious, smooth and one of the better places I have had. Inside is a cute little space to enjoy coffee and a nice snack. It’s not too loud inside and they also have outdoor seating.

Ja Burrito had some kick to it but great flavor. Had their brown oat latte and that coffee was great! It was not too sweet and I like my coffee! They had Japanese Sando sandwiches and rotating coffee flavors. They also carry Vietnamese coffee which is hard to find. I had their almond croissant and it wasn’t so big I had to smash it to eat it. Great flavor and not stingy on their filling. In a cute neighborhood and near a the craft and DIY rug! A lot of food eatery in that cute little neighborhood outlet. What a great addition to a neighborhood!
Tried the banana bread latte, super delicious! 12oz will run you almost $9
Such a good hidden spot. Entering this area feels like leaving Las Vegas and entering a small town! The staff was very welcoming, Lola took my order and recommended the seasonal whipped honey butter latte and the ja burrito. Her recommendations did NOT disappoint, my wife and I devoured the burrito before we could take a picture. Awesome place, exceptional food and drink, amazing staff!
It’s hard to find a good Vietnamese coffee on this side of town but this place is IT!! I’m so glad we found it and thankful they have a rewards system because we will DEFINITELY be regulars from now on 😇
I really love their chai, it’s so delicious. Lisa, Lola, and Kellee are always so nice whenever I come in.
