I’ve had pets for 58 years so I’ve been a many many many vets in many many many states and countries. Dr. Anne is by far one of the top five in my lifetime with my animals. She actually cares. She actually thinks about what she’s doing before she does it. She talks to you like you’re a human being and explains the situation and her opinions and her concerns. My cat went in for dental work and as part of the work up they checked her heart. They found a heart defect and on several occasions, Dr. Anne refused to do the surgery because of concern about the cardiac issue. . Concern about the Animal, not about the practice. That’s very genuine and unfortunately uncommon in today’s society. I’m very grateful for the advice and the care that she has given to my Kids.
I love The Ark Animal Clinic. We've been taking our animals here for 15 years plus. They are great with them and you can see that they truly love animals. My pets are always happy to see everyone and they are greated with smiles and happiness. The staff is great as well as the vets. Even though I've moved away from the area, I continue to make the drive because of this. Will not change Vets. They are too good to me and my pets.
All of our dogs have been treated well at Ark Animal Clinic. They know who we are and our pet’s name when we walk in. I’ve been a client for 25 years. Dr.Ann was amazing during tough times and we always trusted her decisions for our pets.We are very grateful we have a vet & staff that we can trust. Highly recommended!

It’s always a pleasure to go to Ark, the staff are a pleasure to communicate with and they take great care of our kitties Polar and Owen!
Dr Hayes is wonderful with my scaredy-cat. He’s gentle and kind with him. All the staff are also great.
