Oh, my. This is some seriously good ice cream! They have your classics but also some really inventive and delicious flavors, as well.

As a recent visitor of Sorry Not Sorry, the name is what attracted me. Once I entered the store, the ambiance of cute and quaint it became clear it was more than ice cream that I was seeing. I tried the PB&J crunch. It was delicious, but even more was the associate Emily who when I shared where I was from, she also was from there. When I shared that the Illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc was in town for a convention. She instantly became excited to share the love for a college mate who she knew and how inspired she is of our sorority. Emily is a gem and many cones will be bought because of her wonderful demeanor. Continued success “Sorry Not Sorry” I’ll be back one day soon😊🍦

When i came in on a saturday night, the line was super long, but the wait was shorter than expected. The staff worked quickly to move the line, whilst still ensuring quality service to each person. When I was helped by Mathew, he explained every flavor thoroughly and I ended up taking the guava cheese and the OG buttercream! But the whole team was amazing, Leslie, Matthew, and June provided spectacular service to everyone tonight.
