Chef Flemming's = a big smile on your face when you walk-in the door and that delicious smell of baked goods hits your nose!
They have a beautiful selection of pastries 🍰 to choose from.
Being an East Coast girl, I miss my pumpernickle bread. It's b the only bread I truly love! I was so beyond happy to know that i can get it here!!!
The crossiants are beautiful & perfect! So delicious 😋!
The blueberry muffins, same as the crossiants. Literally they will make your mouth water. Eat them as is or pop in the microwave for a few seconds add some butter and they are heavenly!
Trust me you will not be disappointed.

If you’re wondering whether this hidden gem in Nevada serves up the absolute best, most heavenly cherry Danish you’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting—stop wondering right now, because the answer is a resounding YES.
One single bite and you’ll be utterly convinced that perfection has finally been achieved in pastry form. The flaky, buttery layers shatter delicately with each mouthful, giving way to a generous filling of vibrant, juicy cherries that strike the ideal balance of sweet-tart bliss. The glaze? Just enough to add a whisper of shine and that irresistible hint of vanilla that ties everything together in pure bakery magic.
The only real downside? This Danish sets an impossibly high bar that every other bakery on the planet will struggle to reach. You’ll find yourself wandering into other shops, taking a polite bite, and murmuring with a wistful smile, “This is… nice. But it’s not that one place in Nevada.”
Like the memory of true love’s first kiss, this Danish will linger in your thoughts long after the last crumb is gone. You’ll lie awake at night replaying the experience, craving that perfect harmony of texture and flavor, and planning your next pilgrimage back. If you’re anywhere near Vegas, do yourself a favor and make the trip—this isn’t just a treat, it’s a life-changing cherry Danish experience. Highly, enthusiastically, endlessly recommended!
Thank you Chef Flemmings for the beautiful and tasty cake! I ordered a cake to celebrate my sister and although last min and not sure what I wanted they did an amazing job. I literally was like I want a vanilla cake funfetti style with raspberry filling. The women who took my order was very helpful and walked me through what my options were. Still not knowing what to expect when I picked it up I was very satisfied and it was absolutely delicious as all there baked goods.

I am new to the area. I have been let down so many times trying to buy baked goods at Smiths. It is clear that they have chosen to use sub-standard ingredients to save money. It is so bad their donuts do not even get eaten so we don't buy them anymore.
I was thrilled to find this spot. Chef is a classically trained Swedish pastry chef/baker. He used to do work for the casinos apparently but left to do his own thing.
I am happy he did. Everything is delicious. If you are into sugar in any way shape or form, you will not be disappointed so I recommend running through the whole menu.
This guy is the real deal. If you want to feed healthy food to your family, this stuff is premium at the same price point as super market stuff.
Sourdough bread is amazing. It is only on Thursday and Saturday (do not quote me on that, call first). He and his family are extremely patient and seem enthusiastic about their craft and their heritage.
It is a refreshing thing to see in this end-stage capitalism with crappier food being forced down our throats every week. Flemmings is great. I recommend highly.
Best bakery in town, hands down! This is a hike in the wall you don't want to miss! They have a variety of options and even more around the holidays. Staff is attentive and friendly

Great spot for baked goods in the area. The pastries were flavorful, not overly sweet, and you can tell the quality
